Jubilee Way

An easy way from the High Street to the edge of town. The first is tarmac pathway, which gets more rural as you progress. It joins the high street via the rear entrance to the Jubilee gardens(day time accesses via the “Harry Potter Gate”.). Through the gardens onto Beaudesert Lane, then to the Jubileel Playgrounand Jubilee Steps. Then onto edge lane giving access to more routes.

Impossible slope

The steepest way up the Mount. The path is neglected!, by lack of use , there is no visible sign of it. I last climbed it 20 years ago, there was a waymarker post at the top of the hill. Trees are growing, not sure if it is in passable. But would be for the majority. One for the intrepid!.
